Frequently asked questions
We believe in transparency and want your experience with MAKEMAKE to be seamless. Here we have compiled answers to the questions we most often receive from our customers about concrete products, natural wax candles, and order fulfillment.
Our priority is health and the environment, which is why we use only 100% natural soy wax in our candle making. Unlike paraffin, this wax is natural, biodegradable and does not emit toxic substances when burned. Soy wax provides a longer burning time and a cleaner flame.
Concrete is a very durable material, but it should be treated with care. To maintain the original appearance of concrete bowls and trays , we recommend cleaning them with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaning agents and prolonged soaking in water. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.
We love creative challenges! If you want to order a specific color or shape of decor that is not available in the store, please note that custom orders take approximately 10-12 business days to complete . This time is necessary for the concrete to fully harden and reach its maximum strength.
Although we carefully package each shipment, concrete may be damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged item, please send us a photo of the damage within 24 hours. We will offer you two solutions: free reshipment of the same item or a full refund .
Yes, you have the right to return the product within 14 days. The main condition is that the product must be unused and its original packaging must be preserved . It is important to note that the right of return does not apply to individually ordered products, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
