Distance contract (Purchasing rules)

1. General provisions
1.1. By placing an order on this website, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these terms and agrees to their content.

1.2. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods (concrete decorations, candles, etc.) in accordance with the order placed.

1.3. All prices of goods are indicated in euros (EUR). Delivery costs are not included in the price of the goods and are calculated at the time of placing the order.

1.4. The products are handmade, therefore each copy may differ slightly in texture or color nuances, which is not considered a defect.

2. Order fulfillment and individual orders
2.1. Standard goods that are in stock are prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment.

2.2. The development of individual orders (specific colors, shapes or large quantities) may take 10 to 12 business days. The Seller will inform the Buyer about the exact execution time after receiving the order.

3. Delivery terms

3.2. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
3.3. On-site reception
Address: Gaujas Street 2A, Ādaži, LV-2164
Collection is possible after notification of order readiness.

3.4. Parcel machines
Delivery via DPD, Omniva or other parcel machines available in the Store.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

3.5. Courier
Delivery to the specified address.
Delivery time: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

3.6. Delivery conditions
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery companies.
The customer is notified when the order has been shipped.

3.7. Damage during delivery: If, upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer finds that the product has been damaged during the delivery process (e.g., a torn concrete container).

 

The buyer has:

• You must contact the Seller immediately (no later than within 24 hours) by sending photos of the damage to email or WhatsApp.

• The buyer can choose to: receive a free re-delivery of the damaged item or receive a full refund for the damaged item.

4. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
4.1. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.

4.2.Return conditions:

The product can only be returned if:

• The item has not been used (for example, the candle has not been lit).

• The original packaging and visual condition of the product have been preserved.

• The buyer covers the direct costs associated with returning the product (except in cases where the product was damaged during delivery).
  
  4.3. Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to individual orders made according to the Buyer's specific instructions and not considered a standard assortment (unless the product has a manufacturing defect).
  4.4. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the goods and inspection of their condition.
