SIA "Spīdi spoži", Reg. No. LV40103891486 (hereinafter – the Controller), processes personal data obtained from users (hereinafter – the User) on the website www.makemake.lv (hereinafter – the Site). The Controller cares for the User's privacy and personal data protection, complying with applicable laws – including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and other regulatory acts regarding privacy and data protection. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, for what purposes, and on what basis. This Privacy Policy applies to any processing of personal data regardless of the method of provision (on the Site, in paper format, in person, or by telephone). The Controller reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The User is responsible for regularly checking the Site to stay informed about changes.

14. Validity of the Privacy Policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available on the Site. We encourage you to regularly review the latest version of the policy.

15. Payment Processing
Payment processing is provided by the payment platform https://makecommerce.lv/, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.
